Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. To ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience, we have established the following return policy:

Return Period:  You may request a return within 7 days of the item’s arrival. 

Return Conditions:

• The item must not have been worn.
• The item must not have been washed.
• The item must remain in its original, saleable condition, including all tags and packaging.

          Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

Return Process:

• Please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA).
• Send the item back to us along with the Return Authorization Number.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Important Notes:

• Items that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
• We recommend using a traceable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
